Overview

If you have very short time during your stay in Nepal, then why not refresh yourself by living a night in the meditative energy field and do meditation and yoga. We hope even a night stay with us can inspire you much to live a happy and peaceful life ahead. The Buddha taught many different types of meditation, each designed to overcome a particular problem or to develop a particular psychological state. But the two most common and useful types of meditation are Mindfulness of Breathing (anapana sati) and Loving Kindness Meditation (metta bhavana)

First Day:

14:00 welcome and short hiking to the village mountain

16:30 Kundalini Meditation and Reiki healing for the emotional well-being

18:45 – 20:00 – Evening meditation celebration.

 20:00 -  Dinner

Second Day:

8:00 - 9:00 – Kriya Yoga

9:00-10:00 – Hatha Yoga

Breakfast

11:30- 13:00 – Buddhist Philosophy and meditation
